About me

I am a Ph.D. Student at ETH Zurich (Center for Law & Economics) specializing in the law and economics of standard form contracts.

My research examines the “stickiness” of default rules and regulatory spillover effects. Leveraging innovative computational methods, including large language models, I conduct large-scale analyses of standard form contracts such as end user license agreements and privacy policies. My interdisciplinary work contributes to the academic understanding of contract design and informs policymakers.
